Together, we set out to build the future of healthcare in India.Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nutritionist to join our growing care team. The role involves regular interaction with patients through telephonic and video consultations, providing counseling to encourage lifestyle changes, and developing personalized nutrition plans tailored to individual needs.How you will make an impact:- Interacting with patients regularly via telephonic or video calls.- Counseling chronic patients and motivating them to inculcate lifestyle changes.- Developing a nutrition plan and modifying it based on adoption/feedback from the patient.- Analyzing patient data and engaging in virtual patient management.- Researching and creating protocols for drugs, diagnostics, patient symptoms, vital tracking, etc.- Engaging with the product and technology teams for the development of algorithms.- Developing systems and processes for standardizing the quality of care.- Working in tandem with other 'care team' members such as doctors and physiotherapists to provide holistic care to patients.We are looking for people who:- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Nutrition- Strong communication skills- Are passionate about patient care and lifestyle management- Can counsel and motivate patients virtually- Have strong knowledge of nutrition and chronic conditionsWhat we offer:- Opportunity to directly work on a very innovative product that has a big societal impact.- Opportunity to work with a cross-functional team consisting of leading medical brains, tech geeks, operations gurus.- An open set-up where you can innovate every day.
