Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Business Development Managers. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the field of physical security services.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and prospect potential clients in target markets.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  3. Understand client needs and provide customized security solutions.
  4. Prepare and present proposals and conduct negotiations.
  5. Achieve sales targets and objectives within assigned territories.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record in sales, with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in selling physical security services.
  3. Strong understanding of security concepts and solutions.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
  7. Willingness to travel as required.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in the security industry.
  2. Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
