About the Role:

As the Chief of Staff to the Founding CEO at Singularity, you will play a pivotal role in driving the overall success and effectiveness of the executive office. Working directly with the CEO, you will support our senior leadership team to drive the strategy and improve operational efficiency across our service lines.


Responsibilities:

Works closely with the Internal team on feasibility and implementation of New initiatives and strategies as per CEO's vision for the company.


- Strategic Planning: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to formulate, communicate, and execute the company's strategic vision and initiatives.

- Operational Excellence: Streamline and enhance operational processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and seamless execution of business objectives.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration among different departments and teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and effective communication across the organization.

- Project Management: Lead and manage key projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

- Executive Support: Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic counsel, preparing materials for executive meetings, and handling sensitive and confidential information.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies.


Requirement:

- Experience Required: 4-6 yrs of post MBA experience in the Investment team of a Venture Capital or Private Equity firm or experience with a blend of startup (strategy/CEO's office), consulting from top consulting firms, private banking or investor relations.

- Educational Qualification: Graduation/MBA/Masters from top global B-Schools

- Excellent communication skills and complete proficiency with MS-Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint
