Not to brag, but Lemon Yellow LLP is on an upward growth curve, and we are definitely not stopping. We are looking for a Project Manager who can help us manage and maintain this curve with our projects.
What do we need from you?
Planning and execution:
A process-driven approach is appreciated. Plan comprehensive and detailed project timelines along with scope, resources, and budget requirements that match the execution setup.
Believe in the value of time. Make sure the assigned project is completed and delivered on time. Monitor potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Coordination is a crucial part of our culture. Communicate with cross-functional teams about updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders in a precise manner.
A tech-savvy who is familiar with tools like Clickup, Jira, Zoho, etc.
Team leadership:
Your team is your tribe. Foster a collaborative environment by conducting regular team meetings to address challenges and celebrate success.
Be a true leader. Motivate and mentor project teams to achieve goals, timely.
Stakeholder management:
Ensure strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Believe in the magic of management. Communicate expectations and address concerns to ensure a high level of stakeholder satisfaction.
Budget and resource management:
Be your own finance manager. Make budgetary adjustments, when and where required. Implement cost-control measures to make sure that the financial objectives are met.
Quality assurance:
Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
Give your best. Conduct quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations.
