We’re a fast-moving startup using tech to help recreational athletes track, share, and celebrate their journeys.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern – Operations & Strategy at Next Lap. This is a refreshed and expanded version of our previous Digital Marketing Intern role, now combining marketing operations, campaign management, and AI-powered process automation. You’ll own workflows, plan campaigns, coordinate content and design, and track performance - all hands-on, with real impact on how we engage athletes and sports communities. People who applied to our earlier DM job post need not apply here again.ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate content and campaign calendars across social, email, and web.Manage timelines, assets, and workflows to keep campaigns on track.Support day-to-day channel management for social media, blog, and newsletter.Oversee marketing operations - scheduling, process documentation, and workflow optimization.Apply basic design understanding to ensure content is visually appealing and effective.Track performance metrics, analyze results, and suggest improvements.Collaborate with design, product, and community teams to execute campaigns smoothly.Explore AI tools to automate workflows and improve efficiency.Requirements / SkillsStrong interest in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand building.Some experience or currently pursuing a course in digital marketing, social media, or related fields.Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Strava) and basic analytics tools.Understanding of design principles - layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing campaigns, assigning tasks, and coordinating across teams .Comfortable maintaining folders, documentation, and workflows for marketing projects using Excel, Notion, or similar tools .Bonus: Passion for sports, fitness, or endurance communities.Internship DetailsDuration: 12 weeksLocation: RemoteCommitment: 35 hours per week (flexible, student-friendly)Stipend: ₹3,000/monthStart Date: Immediate
