Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Engineer with HAACE CONTRACT, located across our live construction project sites in India. The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing day-to-day site execution, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating between clients, consultants, and contractors. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and the ability to deliver complex projects with precision and intent.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field

3–7 years of experience in project execution and site management

Strong technical expertise in structural works, finishing, and quality control

Proficiency in project documentation, drawings, and site coordination

Knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and compliance

Ability to supervise teams, monitor progress, and handle problem-solving on-site

Excellent organizational and communication skills
