Job Description:We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director with a strong background in gaming to lead our team of game artists. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating high-quality game assets and a proven track record of managing artistic teams to deliver outstanding visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities:- Creative Leadership: Oversee the artistic vision for game projects, ensuring alignment with the overall game design and narrative.- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of artists, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative environment.-- Coordinate with all stakeholders to drive team to deliver quality games within expected time frames.- Asset Development: Direct the creation of high-quality game assets, including characters, environments, props, and UI elements.- Quality Control: Ensure all artistic outputs meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on schedule.- Collaboration: Work closely with game designers, programmers, and other stakeholders to integrate art into gameplay effectively.- Trends and Innovations: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques, and implement them to enhance the team's capabilities.- Art Direction: Develop style guides and maintain consistent visual language across all game assets.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.- Proven experience as an Art Director or Lead Artist in the gaming industry.- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality game assets and visual design.- Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Passion for gaming and understanding of player experience and engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with 2D art production.- Good knowledge of Grpahics & designing.- Familiarity with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.- Knowledge of animation and visual effects.
