Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Product Development Engineer. The Product Development Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing new products, conducting research and development (R&D) activities, and ensuring the mechanical engineering aspects of projects are executed efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing analytical tasks, and supporting the product development lifecycle from concept to production.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Product Development and Product Design
  • Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles and practices
  • Experience in Research and Development (R&D) roles
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Time management
  • Experience in the valve manufacturing or auto-ancillary industry is an advantage
