Role Overview

We are looking for a
Firmware Engineer
with hands-on experience in
baremetal and RTOS-based embedded development
. The role involves low-level programming, driver development, and debugging on microcontrollers for real-time applications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain firmware on
    baremetal/RTOS platforms
    (FreeRTOS, ThreadX, etc.)
  • Write and optimize
    C/C++ code
    for microcontrollers
  • Implement
    device drivers & communication protocols
    (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN)
  • Debug and test firmware using JTAG, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers
  • Collaborate with hardware and system design teams

Requirements

  • Strong in
    C/C++ programming
    for embedded systems
  • 3+ years in
    baremetal & RTOS firmware development
  • Experience with
    ARM Cortex-M / PIC / STM32
    microcontrollers
  • Knowledge of
    real-time systems, interrupts, and low-level debugging
  • Familiarity with IDEs like Keil, IAR, or Eclipse

Good to Have

  • Embedded Linux or IoT stack exposure
  • Experience with wireless protocols (BLE, Wi-Fi, Zigbee)
  • Knowledge of bootloaders & secure firmware
