Key Responsibilities:

  • Core IT Operations:
    Oversee and manage day-to-day IT operations to ensure the seamless functioning of all IT systems. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Maintenance of IT Infrastructure:
    Supervise the maintenance and upgrade of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other hardware. Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems.
  • Information and Cyber Security:
    Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect company data and IT assets. Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
  • SAP Basis and Security:
    Administer SAP basis and ensure the security of SAP systems. Conduct regular system audits and compliance checks.
  • Product Development and Integrations:
    Support the development and integration of new technological solutions - support the internal stakeholders and external vendors in product development, management and operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products.
  • General IT Operations:
    Serve as a versatile resource for IT operations, handling various tasks as required. Lead and support new product deployments and integrations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT operations, infrastructure maintenance, and cyber security.
  • Knowledge of SAP basis and security.
  • Experience with product development and integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
