Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights to support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate is self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and passionate about leveraging data to solve real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support various business functions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of our data infrastructure
  • Clean, organize, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Present analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, and Python for data manipulation and analysis
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹650,000.00 per year
