The organization is also committed to philanthropy and sustainability through its various initiatives and programs.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled professional to join our Market Data Application Support team, focused on managing and resolving Market Data Application issues and ensuring smooth operation.Key Responsibilities:Perform pre-market checkout of critical Market Data applications and infrastructure.L2 and L3 support both application functionality and data content;

escalate data content issues to vendors and/or internal developers.Create and maintain Run-books and FAQs for helpdesk.Manage incident management process for Market Data application issues.Manage engagement with end users/vendors and helpdesk until problem is resolved.What We're Looking For?Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experienceDeep understanding of application configuration and troubleshooting, experience of supporting Windows environment essential.Understanding and troubleshooting on network connectivity (TCP/IP, routing, firewall, proxy)Experience of remote support (international), working with vendors for problem resolution.Strong inter-personal and communication skills;
