Role & responsibilities:

1) Manage Inbound Calls

2) Provide Customer Care Support

3) Respond to customer inquiries regarding travel, including airlines.

4)Prior experience into email writing (Back office)


Preferred candidate profile

1) Undergraduate with1 year of experience in customer service.

2) Graduate with minimum 6 months experience.
