The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and contributing to overall business growth through effective communication and strategic bidding.Key Responsibilities: Perform daily bidding on Upwork and other freelancing platforms to acquire new projects.Generate high-quality leads through various channels such as Linked In, email outreach, job boards, and lead databases.Work closely with the Business Development team to convert leads into opportunities.Create and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals accordingly.Conduct follow-up communication to nurture leads and close deals.Maintain CRM records, track progress, and meet monthly lead targets.Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in Upwork bidding, Lead Generation, and BDE roles.Strong understanding of IT services, software development projects, and market trends.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to draft compelling proposals and business emails.Experience in handling international clients (US/UK preferred).Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.Why Join Us?
