We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer (React js) to join our team in Ahmedabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the user-facing aspects of web applications. This role involves translating modern UI/UX designs into highly responsive and visually engaging web interfaces. The ideal candidate should be passionate about front-end technologies, possess strong attention to detail, and have a keen eye for user experience and performance. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js  Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, functional front-end code. Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless data integration and functionality. Optimize applications for maximum performance, speed, and scalability. Ensure technical feasibility and provide feedback on UI/UX design improvements. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following modern development best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end performance issues. Stay updated with the latest front-end tools, frameworks, and trends. Adhere to company core values: Deliver what was asked, Deliver on time, Deliver in budget, Deliver with quality, Deliver a great experience. Requirements Degree: BE, B.Tech, MCA, MSc IT. Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in front-end development. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks Recat Js Familiarity with Git and version control best practices. Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Preferred Skills: Strong proficiency in React.js  Experience in component-based architecture and reusable UI development. Hands-on experience with state management (React Context API, Redux, or Vuex). Practical knowledge of REST API integration, async calls, and JSON data handling. Solid understanding of Git workflows (branching, merging, pull requests, conflict resolution). Awareness of cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and accessibility best practices. Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS). Familiarity with front-end build tools Vite, Webpack, or Babel Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications. Understanding of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Work Environment: Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture. Exposure to diverse front-end projects and modern technologies. The position may require occasional on-call or after-hours work to address urgent issues.
