This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional,looking for the next step in their career. As a Technical IT OperationsProfessional, also known as Site Management Infrastructure (SMI) you will beresponsible for :

·Working within the IT DX Site Management organizationto support specific IT Infrastructure disciplines in one of the following areasof expertise:Datacenter, Networking,Printing, End User Computing, Operational Technology, or Voice

·Supporting the SMI area of expertise in aglobal capacity across all DX sites

·Intake and fulfillment of IT infrastructuredemands through a formal request process

·Monitoring of DX specific IT infrastructureassets through central monitoring tools

·Inventory management of DX specific ITinfrastructure assets

·Partnering with CoE and Service Owners in ITinfrastructure teams to stay up to date on the latest IT service offerings,active migration projects, and technical resolutions affecting SHS and the DXuser base

·Partnering with CoE and Service Owners toensure DX specific IT infrastructure demands are met with central solutions

·Escalating any recurring issues and/or MajorIncidents to the CoE and Service Owners

·Leading IT migration projects specific to DXusers and assets

·Enterprise IT monitoring and notification tooling

·IT Asset Management tooling

·Advanced Vulnerability Remediation

·IT Device Lifecycle Management
