As an Agile project engineer Intern your roles andresponsibilities will be as follows:

CoreFunctionalResponsibilities:


  • Planningand designing events with attention to financial and timelimitation
  • Organizing eventsaccording to requirements target audience andobjective
  • Discussion with thevendors to reaching the view ofagreement
  • Conduct short termand long term planning and managements for events andsales
  • Implementingbrainstorming ideas of event plans andconcept
  • Handling budgetingandinvoicing
  • Updating the plansand ideas with seniormanagement
  • A detailed researchopportunities for new clients andevents
  • Liaising andparleying with vendors
  • Negotiating withsponsorshipdeals
  • Make sure about theinsurance legal health and safety obligations arefollowed
  • Manage and coordinatesuppliers and all eventlogistics
  • Handle client queries& troubleshoot on the day of events to runsmoothly
  • Produce post eventreports and updating that in the sheet for futureevents
  • Developing eventfeedback surveys for future betterment &growth
  • Team &setting the coworker goal according to theirpotential
  • Familiarwithnewtools&techniquesthatareimplementing
  • Maintaininggoodrelationwithcompanystakeholders
  • Cooperativelyworkwiththecustomers
  • Respondingtochangeoverfollowingaplan
  • Framingthecoworkerinateambyexaminerightskills&knowledge
  • Deliveringtheworkingsoftwarebeforetimingforcustomersatisfaction
  • Communicatingbetweenteammembersaboutevolvingrequirements&planning
GeneralResponsibilities:

  • Research about different venuessuppliers and contractors then negotiate price &hire
  • Train and supervise and work with eventstaffs for smooth event conductance
  • A briefsummary knowledge about Learning managementsystem
  • Attending facetoface meeting with clientswhen necessary
  • Rapportbuilding with employees & vendors
  • Fixingthe goals to easily achieve the target
  • Work togetherlythroughout aproject
  • Help the team& providing guidance for commongoal
  • Valuing people morethan processes and tools
  • Comfortably handlequick changes and prioritize the workaccordingly
  • Fixing the goals toeasily achieve thetarget
