Job Title: Project Manager- Voltage Conversion Location: Saudi (Eastern Region) Experience: 15+ years Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end execution of complex voltage conversion and substation upgrade/expansion projects. Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, procurement, risk management, and quality assurance. Supervise multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams. Drive stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective coordination with utilities, regulators, design consultants, and contractors. Oversee all aspects of substation development including transformer upgrades, switchgear replacements, relay protection, SCADA integration, and energization plans. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and compliance with local and international electrical codes (e.g., IEC, IEEE, NESC). Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure quality and progress alignment with project goals. Manage commercial aspects including contract administration, change order control, vendor negotiations, and claims resolution. Lead performance reviews, lessons learned sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives post-project delivery.
