We move fast, think commercially, and expect interns to contribute directly to solving real business challenges.About the Internship This is not a “shadow and learn” internship. From day one, you’ll work onfinance and strategy projectsthat impact global operations. Expect to: Analyse Excel datasets on suppliers, costs, and sales performance Build financial models to support decision-making Research e-commerce categories, pricing, and sourcing opportunities Develop real-life business solutions and present ideas directly to senior leadership Perform well, and you’ll move from intern to a full-time role in our core team with global exposure.Who Can Apply? We’re looking for ambitious, analytical graduates (0–2 years out of college) who want to fast-track their careers infinance, strategy, and e-commerce .Preferred backgrounds:Finance, Economics, Commerce, ManagementMust-haves (non-negotiable): Strong familiarity with Excel (intermediate level)– comfortable with formulas, pivots, VLOOKUPs, and basic data analysis Ability to interpret and work with numbers to drive decisions Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset Strong English communication skills Based in or able to commute to Gurgaon (on-site role)Nice-to-haves (advantageous in selection): Prior exposure to financial analysis, e-commerce research, or business case work Demonstrated interest in strategy, operations, or start-upsWhat You’ll GainDirect exposure tofinance, profitability analysis, and commercial strategy Ownership of projects with measurable business impact Hands-on mentorship from senior leadership A steep learning curve in global e-commerce PPO: Clear path to a full-time role in the Babaclick core team⚡ If you’re ambitious, finance-minded, and want an internship where your analysis and ideas matter — the Babaclick Graduate Internship Programme 2025 is your launchpad.
