Our focus on technology, usability, and continuous innovation ensures that our solutions remain relevant and impactful across the legal ecosystem.About the RoleWe are seeking a Legal Research & Editorial Manager/AMwith 3+ years of experience in legal content, editorial processes, workflows, and strategic content initiatives. The role requires the ability to structure, analyze, and optimize large volumes of content while ensuring accuracy, usability, and alignment with business objectives.The ideal candidate should be comfortableoverseeing projects, guiding team members, and collaborating across functions , while also being able to work independently when needed. The position calls for someone who canbalance hands-on execution with delegation , manage multiple priorities, and leverage technology to drive editorial efficiency and impact.Roles & ResponsibilitiesContent OversightEnsure all content on theplatform is accurate, up-to-date, and alignedas per organizational objectives.Regularly updatelegacy content and ensure data currency across all sections of the platform.Plan and executecontent updates based on regulatory changes, user needs, and industry trends.Maintain consistencyandqualityof all published content.Coordination across DepartmentsCollaboratewithlegal, technical, marketing, and customer support teamsto ensure smooth execution of content strategies and feature updates.Act as a liaison to gatherinputs, feedback, and requirementsfrom various stakeholders.Facilitate cross-departmental initiativesto enhance the platform’s functionality and user experience.Platform Maintenance & Testing:Oversee all aspectsof the platform’s content and features, ensuring they are tested, operational, and standardised.Conduct regular auditsto identify and rectify inconsistencies, errors, or outdated content.Work closely with the technical team to implement new features and enhancements.Data Accuracy & Legacy Management :Ensure the currency of legal dataand ensure timely updates to reflect regulatory and legal changes.Maintain and enhance legacy informationto ensure its relevance and usability.Quality Assurance:Develop and enforce processesto ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all platform content.Monitor and analyze platformperformance to identify areas for improvement.Team Management:Lead and manage a team of FTEs and freelancers , ensuring clear communication, efficient workflow, and timely delivery of tasks.Assign responsibilities, monitor performance , and provide regular feedback to team members.Coach and groom team membersto assume greater responsibilities.Continuous Learning and AdaptationStay updated on legal industrytrends to anticipate user requirements and recommend platform improvements.Continuously update and enhance knowledge of legal subjects , emerging technologies, and relevant processes to stay current and effective in your role.
