The ideal candidate will help resolve existing platform issues , optimise processes, and upskill internal staff through knowledge transfer and best practice guidance.This is a hands-on, flexible role ideal for professionals who enjoy short-term technical engagements and mentoring.If you are a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong ITSM expertise and are interested in a flexible engagement focused on impactful support and team enablement, we’d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues within ServiceNowConfigure and enhance ITSM processes and workflowsDevelop scripts and automation solutionsSupport integrations with Salesforce, Jira, Slack, and other systemsProvide knowledge transfer and guidance to internal team membersCollaborate remotely with at least 3–4 hours overlap with Perth (AWST)Required Skills & Qualifications✔ ServiceNow Certified Developer and/or Administrator✔ Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM)✔ Hands-on experience with:Configuration & form designScripting (JavaScript / ServiceNow scripting)Workflow and automation designThird-party integrations (Salesforce, Jira, Slack)Excellent troubleshooting and communication skillsPrevious experience in knowledge sharing or mentoring preferred
