Handling treasury function of India, Americas & NEAP
Reviewing funding needs
Cash and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting
Managing treasury operations and controls (cash pooling/sweeping, deposits, forex, etc),
Maintain Banking relationship and managing bank accounts and all on-line bank portals.
Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting of treasury reports to senior management and Group treasury,
Monitoring RBI compliance
Managing Dividend repatriation
Edu Qln - Qualified CA/MBA/Mcom
