Job Description: Ad Tech SpecialistLocation: Hybrid Experience: 5–8 years in Ad Tech / Programmatic PlatformsDepartment: Revenue / Product & Ad TechAbout the Role:We are looking for an Ad Tech Specialist who understands the programmatic ecosystem in depth and can drive revenue growth by optimizing technology, integrations, and yield strategies. Unlike an Ad Ops role, this is not about campaign trafficking or daily execution — it is a strategic and technical role focused on platforms, integrations, and monetization levers across web, AMP, and mobile environments.Key Responsibilities:Programmatic & Yield StrategyDesign and execute strategies to maximize yield across programmatic channels (open auction, PMP, programmatic direct).Monitor e CPM, fill rates, ad load, and ad vital metrics to continuously improve monetization.Analyze inventory performance and recommend structural changes (floors, packaging, taxonomy).Ad Tech IntegrationsLead integration of SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, data partners, and header bidding solutions.Drive adoption of advanced Ad Tech solutions (Prebid, Open Bidding, server-to-server setups).Ensure smooth technical setup, QA, and troubleshooting for all partners.Platform & Infrastructure OwnershipManage and optimize ad server configurations (Google Ad Manager or equivalent).Develop scalable solutions for AMP, m Web, and app monetization.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement new formats and platform improvements.Innovation & ExperimentationStay ahead of industry changes (Privacy Sandbox, identity solutions, supply path optimization).Run controlled experiments (new formats, demand partners, floor strategies) and scale successful ones.Requirements5–8 years of experience in Ad Tech, Programmatic Monetization, or Yield Management.Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, data partners)Hands-on expertise with Google Ad Manager, Prebid, Open Bidding, and header bidding frameworks.Deep knowledge of AMP, m Web, and app monetization dynamics.Strong technical and troubleshooting skills across integrations and platforms.Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and editorial teams.Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Why Join Us?Opportunity to shape the Ad Tech roadmap of a leading digital media business.Work on large-scale ad infrastructure powering millions of daily impressions.Drive impactful revenue growth through innovation, experimentation, and technology-first strategies.If the opportunity alignes with your aspirations and skill set , kindly share updated candidature to the hiring team - Sameeksha Chauhan-
