Role Description

Join our dynamic team as a Junior Architect / Interior Designer in our Interior Design segment. We're seeking a talented and motivated individual for a full-time, on-site role that offers exciting opportunities for growth and collaboration.

We're looking for a talented individual with a strong design perspective, technical skills, and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you'll have the chance to work hand-in-hand with our senior leadership team, pushing creative boundaries and delivering exceptional results in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Concept Development:


• Contribute to the development of conceptual design narratives and translate them into compelling visual presentations


• Prepare architectural drawings including floor plans, layouts, elevations, millwork, and bespoke furniture detailing (AutoCAD required)


• Source materials, finishes, textiles, and objects that align with each project's story and aesthetic


• Assist in creating client presentations and communicate design intent effectively through visuals and verbal articulation

Project Coordination:


• Support the design process across all project phases, from schematic design to installation


• Prepare and manage specifications, schedules, and detailed documentation (FF&E, lighting, hardware, paint, etc.)


• Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and consultants to ensure quality control and timely execution


• Conduct site visits for measurements, mock-ups, and design supervision as required met.

Qualifications

Experience & Education :


• 1–3 years of professional experience in high-end residential interior design


• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline


• Demonstrated experience with bespoke furniture and custom millwork design


• Familiarity with site coordination and contractor collaboration preferred but not essential

Technical Skills:


• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential; 3D modeling a plus)


• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Canva Core Competencies


• Strong design sensibility with a refined eye for scale, proportion, and materiality


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple timelines and deliverables


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small, hands-on team 

Additional Information:


• Must be based in or willing to relocate to New Delhi


• Occasional travel required for site visits, vendor meetings, and installations


• Availability to work extended hours on occasion to meet key deadlines


• A personal laptop to work from home on occasion is preferred
