at Predixtions Inc. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Machine Learning Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning / deep learning, data analysis, and software development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and generative AI applications that solve real-world problems and drive business value. This role requires expertise in Python, SQL, machine learning and deep learning frameworks, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:1. Model Development and Deployment• Design, build, and train machine learning models to tackle complex business challenges.• Deploy and monitor models in production, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.2. Data Preparation and Analysis• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from diverse sources.• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to derive insights and support effective feature engineering.3. Algorithm Selection and Optimization• Evaluate various algorithms and select the most suitable ones for specific applications.• Optimize models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.4. Software Development and Integration• Write robust, reusable, and scalable code for integrating machine learning models into production systems.• Partner with software engineers to ensure seamless deployment and system integration.5. Collaboration and Communication• Collaborate with engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.• Effectively communicate findings and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.6. Continuous Improvement• Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and research in machine learning and artificial intelligence.• Innovate by experimenting with new techniques to improve processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:Technical Skills• Proficiency in Python , with hands-on experience in
pandas ,
scikit-learn ,
TensorFlow , or
PyTorch .• Strong expertise in
SQL
for efficient data querying and management.• Comprehensive knowledge of
machine learning algorithms , frameworks, and deployment strategies.Education and Experience• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science ,
Data Science ,
Engineering , or a related field.• At least
4+ years
of practical experience in machine learning, data science, or similar roles.Additional Skills• Strong understanding of cloud platforms
for deploying AI applications.• Ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and implement them effectively.• Strong problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality.• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.
