Company: Alembic Real Estate (Alembic Group)Designation: Executive - Site BillingLocation: VadodaraJob Responsibilities- Prepare and review project cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and rate analysis for civil works.- Manage billing processes including client billing, subcontractor billing, and internal cost tracking.- Verify and certify work measurements at site for accurate billing.- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely submission of bills.- Maintain and update cost records, progress reports, and billing documentation.- Ensure compliance with civil engineering standards, contractual terms, and company policies.- Assist in budget preparation, cost forecasting, and variance analysis.- Resolve billing discrepancies and support audits when required.Required Qualifications- Education: B. E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).- Experience: 3 to 6 years in estimation and billing for real estate or infrastructure projects.- Certifications: Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel; exposure to SAP or similar tools preferred.Skills & Competencies- Strong understanding of civil engineering standards and construction practices.- Proficiency in rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation techniques.- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Good communication and coordination skills.
