Job Title:Associate Creative Director Position OverviewWe’re hiring anAssociate Creative Directorto lead theK.R. Mangalam Group of Institutions’ visual identity and creative vision. This role combines high-level conceptual thinking with hands-on execution, setting the tone fordesign and creative strategyacross campaigns, websites, and ad creative. You will work closely with our founders and marketing leads totranslate brand strategy into impactful executionacross Figma, UI/UX, and campaign creative. This is ahands-on leadership role, perfect for a design leader who is equally comfortablepushing pixels as they are building systems and mentoring designers. You will also drivebrand strategy, growth, and campaign outcomes, ensuring consistent, high-quality creative output across all touchpoints.Key Responsibilities Define and uphold thecreative vision and directionfor the K.R. Mangalam Group across branding, digital, print, motion, and interactive projects. Lead, mentor, and manage amultidisciplinary creative teamincluding graphic designers, copywriters, art directors, and UX/UI designers. Collaborate with founders, marketing, and strategy teams totranslate briefs into powerful, engaging creative work. Drivebrand strategy, growth initiatives, and management, ensuring consistent positioning and identity across all platforms. Take ownership ofcampaign execution and outcomes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business objectives. Work hands-on onFigma, UI/UX, digital campaigns, and design systems, while also guiding team processes and best practices. Present and articulate creative ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients. Stay ahead ofdesign trends, technologies, and emerging platformsto maintain a competitive edge. Review and approve all creative deliverables to ensurequality, consistency, and brand alignment.Requirements Proven experience (8-10+ years) inassociate creative director rolewithin a design agency, higher education, or similar environment. Strong portfolio showcasingconceptual thinking, visual storytelling, successful campaigns, and digital/UX work. Excellentleadership, mentoring, communication, and presentation skills. Mastery ofAdobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant creative tools. Deep understanding ofbranding, user experience, digital media, and print production, with the ability to link creative work tobusiness growth.
