Position: Open Text App Works Developer Location: Jaipur or Remote Experience: 3-8 years Job Description: · Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Open Text App Works platform. · Build and optimize case management solutions, workflows, and forms. · Integrate App Works with external systems such as ERP, CRM, DMS, etc., using REST/SOAP APIs. · Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and interpret functional requirements. · Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications. · Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications. · Document solution architecture, technical specifications, and release notes. · Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Required Candidate Skills: · 5+ years of experience in developing solutions on Open Text App Works (previously known as Process Suite / Cordys). · Strong understanding of BPM concepts, case management, and event-driven architecture. · Hands-on experience with App Works Designer, Entity Modeling, Business Rules, and Form Builder. · Expertise in UI development using latest front-end frameworks/technologies such as HTML 5, Angular, React etc. · Proficient in integration technologies: REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, Java Script, and web services. · Familiarity with database technologies like Oracle, SQL Server, or Postgre SQL · Candidate should be willing to travel/relocate to other locations · Experience in agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices is a plus. · Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Preferred Qualifications · Open Text App Works certification (if available). · Experience with containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines. · Knowledge of Open Text Content Server or any other Open Text products is a plus Educational Qualification: B. Tech/B. E./MCA in Any Specialization
