
Business Development Intern

Objective of the Role:
The Business Development Intern will support the team in identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and assisting in driving business growth in domestic and international markets. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn sales strategies, explore global markets, and gain hands-on exposure in IT services and ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development Support
- Research and identify potential sales leads through online platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, and other networking sites.
- Assist in generating business opportunities via online bidding (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru).
- Support the team in promoting and presenting NetSuite (ERP) & Celigo (iPaaS Platform) to prospects.
- Draft and prepare sales proposals, presentations, and client communications.
Business Growth Strategy Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to nurture leads.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitors and identify opportunities.
- Collect and organize customer/prospect feedback for internal sharing.
Relationship Management
- Assist in maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Support client communication to ensure smooth coordination and follow-ups.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain sales data, trackers, and CRM records (HubSpot/Zoho).
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports on lead generation and sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of ERP and Zoho products (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn sales strategies and business development practices.
