Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing professionals to expand our OTC (Over-the-Counter) and Corporate Sales channels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, customer engagement, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for OTC and B2B clients across Delhi/NCR, Gurugram, and Noida.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, corporate buyers, and institutional clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Promote and sell our apparel range: T-Shirts, Jackets, Jeans, Shirts, and Trousers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and meet monthly targets.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in textile/apparel sales or fashion marketing (1–5 years preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Delhi/NCR market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and in hybrid environments.
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM tools and digital marketing.
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related fields.
