As part of our expansion, we are seeking a driven and talented Corporate and Fund Accountant to join our team. At Leadout Capital, we invest in your success by providing mentorship, training, and opportunities for growth in private debt and investment management.If you’re a CA/CPA with 1–3 years of experience in fund or corporate accounting, and you’re excited to work with a global team, this could be your next big opportunity.What You’ll DoAccounting & ReportingMaintain accurate ledgers across multiple entities (management company, funds)Complete monthly and quarterly close by preparing journal entries, accrual calculations, inter-company eliminations, working papers, and IFRS/ASPE-compliant statementsPrepare HST/GST returns and support annual tax filingsReconcile bank, borrower, and investor accounts and resolve variancesLoan & Investor OperationsUpdate loan systems (originations, disbursements, schedules, interest, maturities)Maintain investor commitments, capital calls, distributions, unit classesBanking & TreasuryPerform daily/weekly bank reconciliations across multiple accountsDraft wire packages, capital movements, bank transfers for management approvalMonitor liquidity and short term cash-flow forecastsManager Support & Process ImprovementPrepare schedules for credit reviews, reporting, and consulting engagementsStrengthen internal controls, documentation, automationAssist with audits and ad-hoc financial projectsWhat You BringQualified CA (India) and/or CPA1–3 years of experience in fund accounting, financial services, or corporate accountingStrong command of IFRS/ASPE, corporate tax basics, and cloud accounting tools (Quick Books Online, Xero, Sage Intacct)Familiarity with loan or fund-admin systems is an assetExcellent English communication skills and strong analytical detail-orientationHow to ApplyEmail your résumé + brief cover letter to:Subject line: “Corporate & Fund Accountant – (Your Name)”Short-listed candidates will complete a video interview and a practical accounting case study before meeting the finance leadership team.Leadout Capital is an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
