TCS IS HIRING FOR ORACLE DBA_6 to 10 years experience_WALKIN DRIVE ON 8 NOIDA(TCS Yamuna Tower VI, Assotech Business Cresterra, Plot No.22, Noida-Greater Noida Expy, Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh )JD for reference:Must-Have- Experience with IBM AIX, Linux, SUN Solaris UNIX operating Systems.- Hands-on experience as an oracle DBA, working with Oracle 9i, 10g and 11g.- Need to apply PSU patches to various versions of oracle databases – rolling for RAC Systems.- Upgrades of databases to 11g R2 – Rolling upgrades for RAC environment is a plus.- Experience with Golden Gate implementation and troubleshooting.- Install, configure and troubleshooting experience on multi node RAC systems on ASM.- Upgrade & Migration of large databases across data Centre.- Identify performance bottlenecks and propose solutions.- ASM Instance Creation and troubleshooting.- Good Understanding of oracle Architecture.Good-to-Have- Support several application and support teams with numerous on-going projects.- Third party backup solution configuration (TSM).- Upgrade & Migration of large databases across datacentre.- Identify performance bottlenecks and propose solutionsSNResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role1Proven ability in UNIX shell scripting and PL/SQL coding.2Upgrade & Migration of large databases across data Centre.3Experience in setting up Disaster Recovery sites activities4Manage regularly scheduled backups using Oracle’s RMAN and occasionally a database recovery.5Coordinate the implementation of technical controls to support and enforce defined security policies
