Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions for new hire batches and ongoing employee development programs on GDS tools (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre, etc.).
  • Deliver training on international and domestic flight sales processes, fare rules, ticketing, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Develop, design, and update training content, process documents, and SOPs in line with business requirements.
  • Train teams on post-sales customer service handling, including escalations, schedule changes, and client communications.
  • Evaluate trainees performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure training effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, airline policies, and GDS updates to reflect changes in training modules.
  • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in travel domain with hands-on GDS expertise (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of international & domestic flight sales, ticketing, and post-sales processes.
  • Prior experience in training / content creation / SOP development is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple training batches and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
