Make an impact in this integral role on the Agile Program team by working collaboratively to test and design software while supporting delivery and test optimization. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing solutions, as well as contributing to the overall quality assurance process. You will be immersed in a team with other Testers, Software Developers, as well as Product Owners, Product Managers, and Program Managers to complete the release through incremental sprints, integration tests, and final integration and regression.

As a self-motivated and innovative thinker, you will continuously improve your skillset working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • You have a bachelor's degree in engineering with 3+ years of technical SW QA experience.
  • You can interact with external customers, support their UAT testing
  • You can write automated test scripts to validate APIs, Software functionality, and Firmware using automation tools and frameworks.
  • You have experience with Selenium, Python, XML, JSON, or related languages to do some level of test automation, as well as with test automation frameworks.
  • You have been exposed to writing automation scripts and have developed the automation framework from scratch.
  • You have been exposed to Payment transactions, modules, and/or PCI/Payment certifications.
  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC)
  • You know Jenkins fundamentals.
  • Developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks for various platforms (web, mobile, API) using languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • You have been exposed to CICD knowledge.
  • You can understand software modules' architecture as well as the overall solution architecture.
  • You can review requirements, design artifacts for ambiguity, and design medium to complex test cases to verify functionality and performance.
  • You can create functional and non-functional test cases from product requirements.
  • You can report the progress and the status of a test session.
  • Analyze logs and databases
  • Build generic and customized setups, HW, and SW.

Qualifications

  • Graduation/ Degree: B.E. Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Developing and maintaining automated test scripts, frameworks, and infrastructure.
  • Design, develop, and maintain tests at different levels of testing based on user stories, use cases, other requirements sources, technical specifications, and non-functional requirements.
  • Identifying, reporting, and tracking defects using defect tracking tools
  • Track, report, and analyze software defects to resolve problems.
  • Reviewing code for testability, identifying potential issues, and providing feedback to developers.
  • Working with developers, product managers, and other testers to ensure software quality
