Job Description :


Role : Business Intelligence Platform Support Engineer

- 5+ years of Hands-on experience administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, debugging, and configuring Salesforce Tableau.

- 5+ years of Hands-on experience administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, debugging, and configuring SAP Business Objects

- 2+ years of Windows and/or Unix shell scripting.

- 2+ years of experience in using Enterprise schedulers like Autosys.

- 2+ years of experience with cloud architectures preferably AWS.

- 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting production issues and providing root cause analysis.

- Experience on Tableau/PowerBI/Business objects Administration including Install and upgrade in a distributed enterprise environment.

- Experience with automation for tasks such as deployment of data-sources and workbooks across environments, alerts via scripting, and working knowledge of version control is preferred.

- Advanced knowledge of performance diagnostic and optimization ability to analyze system resource utilization, bottleneck using utilities such as TabMon, PerfMon, LogShark, VizAlerts, TabMigrate, additional familiarity with Splunk.

- Excellent understanding of Active Directory, DNS, Load Balancer and Network firewall

Experience configuring Single Sign-on (SSO) with SAML authentication for BI tool.
