About the Role :
We are looking for a sales associate for our premium admissions team.
The charter for this role will include:
Meet Allotted Sales/Revenue Targets.
Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey.
Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings
Report & Data Management
Implement Organisational Values, Goals & objectives within the team
Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets
Pipeline forecast & Management
Identify, analyse and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors
Ideal Persona would:
The candidate should be from overseas industry (Mandatory).
In-depth knowledge of sales for 1 year+ in premium admissions.
Sound Understanding of various courses, eligibility criteria, career options across various disciplines (Germany would be preferred)
Experience in working with CRMs ( such as Zoho, Salesforce, etc..) is desirable.
Excellent in written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences
Previous Stakeholder Management Experience (Good to have and will be preferred)
Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools.
Expertise in time management, analytical and organisational skills along with prior experience in Team Management
