Requirements

RolesandResponsibilities

Shallbe responsible for the design and engineering of Static Equipmentlike Columns Heat Exchangers Air Coolers and Storage Tanks in theproject.

Shouldpossess good knowledge in the designing of Static Equipment likeReactors Pressure Vessels columns heat exchangers and air coolersstorage tanks as per ASME Section VIII Div1 / Div2 API 650/620 API660 API 661 andTEMA.

Prepareand issue of Technical Specifications Mechanical Data SheetsPrepare Technical BidEvaluations.

PreparationPackage Data sheet Rotary Data sheet Prepare Technical BidEvaluations for Rotary & PackageItem.

Identifyproject requirements and Scope of Work pertaining to the disciplinefrom the available data/information / ITTdocuments.Experiencein using Design Softwares like PV Elite COMPRESS HTRIETANK.

lCommunication with client vendor internal CFT . l Excellentteamworkspirit.

Responsibilities Performs stress and support engineering relatedactivities for assigned project and activity. Conversant withstress analysis of piping connected to various types of equipmentlike Column, tanks, exchangers, pumps/ compressors/ reactors etc.Conversant with requirements like trunnion calculation, flangeleakage calculations, qualification of allowable nozzle loads etc.Provides resolution of technical issues related to stress andsupport engineering. Prioritization and planning of engineeringactivities and deliverables. Good hands-on experience on CAESAR IIsoftware. Familiarity with navigating on Smart plant review andNavisworks software. Understanding of support philosophy andsupport standards. Main Tasks Overall delivery of technicaldeliverables of the task force. Leadership of technical issueresolution. Productive utilization and absorption of engineeringand design resources. Prioritization and planning of engineeringactivities and deliverables. Performs discipline engineering scope.Supports field technical issues and support sub-team leads intechnical communications with clients/vendors when required. Select proper springs for necessary support.Analysis capabilities for Jacketed Piping system, FRP Pipingsystem, Expansion joints piping system etc. Analysis capabilitiesthe considering the effects of the modular design and transitphase, static & differential structural deflections associatedwith fabrication, lift, transit and site installation. EvaluateStress, Displacement, Forces and moments on restraints for supportdesign and Evaluate piping loads with in allowable allowable nozzleloads. Nozzle Flexibilities (WRC) and Stresses. Flange Leak Check.Dynamic analysis capabilities including modal, harmonic andresponse spectrum analysis. Data sheet preparation for Expansionjoints, spring hanger data sheet and updating the Pipe supportstandards Stress analysis report preparation. Knowledge of pipingcodes and standards like ASME, API, IBR etc
