Position: Senior Account Executive
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 3-4 Years minimum
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 (Based on last withdrawn salary)

Mountainor is a leading skincare and wellness brand dedicated to providing high-quality, clinically-approved products. We are looking for a skilled Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure accuracy in all transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare & finalize monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with CA.

Reconcile e-commerce platform accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.) and payment gateways.

Handle GST, TDS/TCS compliance, income tax data, and audit support with CA.

Manage inventory reconciliation, costing, and SKU/category-wise profitability analysis.

Ensure audit readiness, vendor reconciliation, and strengthen internal controls.

Prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and advise on cost optimization.

Supervise junior accountants and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Manage banking operations, cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.

Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian financial regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or D2C brands would be an added benefit.
Knowledge of financial automation tools.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
