Key Responsibilities
Ensure implementation of run-down plan by supervision of on-air team (anchor, reporter, PCR team and camera crew) in real time.
Ensure that the platform's standards & look are maintained in terms of production quality, camera angles and graphics.
Assist the news/show producers and other members of the production team(s) in show packaging (cutting of footage, storie, bytes etc.) as needed. Coordinate with other Production and Editorial teams to set up PCR mechanism in studio/outdoor locations for special shows
Ideate and recommend innovative ways in which audio / video content can be presented on-air for improved audience engagement.
Undertake routine testing, preventative and corrective maintenance of equipment as per SOP.
