Work you’ll do as a Senior Consultant

The primary role of a Senior Consultant is to be responsible for managing specific subwork stream (or sub-modules) within a broader project. Consultants on engagements report into the team lead/ Engagement manager and are responsible for end to end delivery of the sub-work

stream allocated to them.



• Technical Skills:

○ Experience in developing microservices and cloud-native applications using Java/J2EE.

○ Proficiency with REST APIs, Spring Core, Spring MVC Framework, Spring Boot Framework, and JPA (Java Persistence API) or other ORM technologies.

○ Knowledge of Spring Security and other similar technologies, both open-source and proprietary

○ Cloud Platform: knowledge of GCP is mandatory for the first 3-5 resources

• Testing Experience: Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Junit, Mockito, and JBehave.

• CI/CD Experience: Ability to build and deploy services using tools like Gradle, Maven, and Jenkins as part of the CI/CD process.

• Database Experience: Experience with any relational database such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.
