Store Manager

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day retail store operations Lead, train, motivate, and schedule store staff Achieve sales targets and improve store profitability Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment Minimize stock loss, shrinkage, and damages Implement visual merchandising and promotional activities Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies Coordinate with suppliers and head office. Analyze store performance on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis, including both overall store results and individual staff performance. Develop and implement actionable plans to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity based on performance analysis. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail experience Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and merchandising
