About role
As a Senior Python Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing Progressive Web
Apps, prototyping proof-of-concepts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your
contributions will ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions in a
fast-paced, Agile environment.
Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain multi-threaded applications using Python.
● Build and document API-based services using Flask, Swagger, or similar frameworks.
● Create asynchronous processing systems and data engineering pipelines.
● Design, develop, and maintain relational and document-oriented databases like Postgres, Elastic, and MongoDB.
● Implement and manage Docker and microservices architecture.
● Construct and manage CI/CD pipelines for applications.
● Debug and resolve production issues confidently.
● Lead and mentor small teams effectively.
What we need
● 4 or more years of practical Python expertise developing multi-threaded applications.
● 3 or more years of expertise developing and recording API-based services.
● Proficiency with data engineering pipelines or asynchronous processing systems.
● Strong familiarity with document-oriented and relational databases.
● Working familiarity with microservices architecture and Docker.
● Knowledge of constructing pipelines for CI/CD.
● Ability to confidently troubleshoot production concerns.
● Strong teamwork abilities and the capacity to operate in an agile setting.
● A cooperative team member with leadership qualities.
Qualifications
● A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline.
● 4+ years of experience developing with Python.
● 3 or more years of expertise developing API-based services.
● Programming experience in Java is advantageous.
● Familiarity with similar frameworks such as Flask or Swagger.
● Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Elastic, and Postgres databases.
● Knowledge of microservices architecture and Docker..
● A track record of troubleshooting problems in production settings.
● Outstanding leadership and teamwork abilities.
