Role Description We are seeking an MCP Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven agentic systems that can reason, plan, and take autonomous actions across multiple workflows. You will work closely with our backend and frontend teams to embed AI capabilities into real-world business applications (e.g., internal admin automation, service request handling, and intelligent chat orchestration). Key Skills & Tech Stack Programming Languages: Strong expertise in Python , with working knowledge of Node.js or Type Script . AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Lang Chain , Semantic Kernel , Llama Index , or DSPy for agentic workflows. Model APIs: Proficiency in using Open AI (GPT-4/5) , Azure Open AI , Anthropic Claude , or Google Gemini . Agentic Systems: Practical understanding of Microsoft Copilot Platform (MCP) , Crew AI , Autogen , or Swarm for multi-agent orchestration. Vector Databases: Experience with Pinecone , Weaviate , FAISS , or Qdrant for knowledge retrieval (RAG). Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with Azure AI , AWS Bedrock , or local inference setups like Ollama or v LLM . API & Backend Tools: Skilled in Fast API , Flask , and Postman for API design and testing. Dev Ops & CI/CD: Knowledge of Docker and Git Hub Actions for deployment automation. Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows. Optional Tools: Exposure to Streamlit or Gradio for rapid prototyping of AI interfaces. Qualifications Strong understanding of AI reasoning and tool-calling frameworks (MCP, Lang Chain Agents, or Semantic Kernel). Experience in API design and integration (REST or Graph QL). Familiarity with prompt engineering , memory management , and context windows . Prior experience deploying AI systems with RAG pipelines or knowledge-base integration . Good grasp of LLM safety, observability, and monitoring tools (Open Devin, Lang Fuse, Prompt Layer, etc.).
