Responsibilities

: Planning and execution of Preventive Maintenance Schedule for Mechanical Equipment, Machineries  Planning & Execution of Maintenance department activities. Keep the list of spare parts in consumption in Maintenance Department. Calibration to be done as per the schedule and maintain the document Vendor development, negotiations & performance monitoring Preparing & approval of annual maintenance, utility budget & monitoring monthly variance. To ensure proper maintenance and Up-Keeping of all the plants. Planning & execution of Annual Shut Down maintenance within approved target. To ensure proper discipline and administrative control. To be responsible for all the resources and administrative activity in and out of maintenance. Analysis of Breakdown occurs & eliminates/ minimizes causes / effect. To co-ordinate with other departments.

Required Skills

Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills. Logical thinking. Organizing. Good in communication.

Required Qualification: -B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 10.00 LPA
