Position: Hostess
Location: Donna Belle, near Royal Global University, Betkuchi, Guwahati
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently.
• Communicate with service staff to ensure smooth guest service.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception/hostess area.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the restaurant.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Pleasant personality with excellent grooming.
• Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Assamese.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and professionalism.
• Previous experience in hospitality/restaurant industry preferred (freshers may apply).
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
