ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a content writer who can think fast, write faster, and understand how words move people. If you can simplify complex money topics, switch tones without drama, and ship without hand holding, you'll fit right in

As a Content writer at Finanjo, you will craft clear, human copy across product, marketing, and community. You will partner with design and product to bring ideas to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES


• Write short, crisp copy for app screens, tooltips, banners, and notifications


• Create social captions, post hooks and short scripts


• Turn product features into easy, user first explanations with benefit led messaging


• Maintain brand voice and style guidelines across touchpoints


• Use feedback and simple metrics to improve copy quickly


• Research user pain points and translate them into helpful content

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR


• 0 to 2 years writing experience; internships and freelance count


• A small but strong portfolio or samples that show voice and clarity


• Comfort writing short form and microcopy; long form is a plus


• Curiosity about consumer apps and Indian personal finance


• Detail oriented and deadline friendly; you can iterate fast


• Solid communication and collaboration

• Experience writing in product copy for mobile apps


• A habit of testing your own copy with users or small groups


• Basic SEO sense and comfort with lightweight analytics
