Job DescriptionAs our key Group Network Security Analyst you will develop and operate the following activities:Research emerging threats and vulnerabilities to aid in the identification of network incidents, and support the creation of new architecture, policies, standards, and guidance to address themProvide network subscribers with incident response support, including mitigating actions to contain activity and facilitating forensic analysis when necessaryConduct network monitoring and intrusion detection analysis using various computer network defence (CND) tools, such as intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), firewalls, host-based security system (HBSS), etc.Correlates network activity across networks to identify trends of unauthorized useReview alerts and data from sensors and document formal, technical incident reportsTest new computers, software, switch hardware and routers before implementation to ensure securityYou will also:Monitor IQEQ networks, systems and applications for security issues related to network exploitationInvestigate security breaches and other cyber security incidents with a focus on network layersOperate security software to protect systems and information infrastructure, including firewalls, antivirus, SIEM, SOC and any applicable toolsOperate and pilot the implementation of security features within our network firmwareDeclare security breaches and assess the damage caused to the Threat Intel teamReview and validate Firewall request from the Infrastructure teamWork with the RedTeam to perform tests and uncover vulnerabilitiesEmbed a monthly review of our Firewall rulesEnhance and maintain our current network security standardFix detected network vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standardStay current on IT security trends and newsAssist Blue Team Leads while implementing security controls and related firewall ruleset

QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or related fieldExperience in information security or related fieldExperience of working in a complex, multi-country professional services, financial services or BPO organization with complex processing requirementsMulti-country experience and demonstrates an ability to work in a multi-cultural, talented, and demanding team environment.Possess the skills and the personality to operate effectively in a very fast-paced complex global business with an in-depth knowledge of program managementExcellent communication skills in both written and oral form, with staff members, customers, suppliers, and the management team with the ability to make decisions, act and get resultsPassion, dynamism, and drivePersonal presence, integrity, and credibilityAbility to solve problems either independently or by utilizing other members of the team where necessaryFully proficient spoken and written English
