Job Purpose:
Execute, Coordinate and Manage all State/s level HR related functions. To perform basic functions of the HR department, handling areas such as Resource Management, HR records. Play important and instrumental role in all functional areas of HR.

Managerial Responsibilities:

· Strong & close Coordination with other peers and Corporate Office colleagues

Functional Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition, PMS, Employee Relation, Learning & Development and Compliances.

Talent Acquisition:
• Driving and supporting to fulfil the Talent Acquisition needs for the assigned region
• Talent acquisition from creative sources with the support of Central Recruitment Cell and utilizing best
recruitment practices to build an effective field workforce.
• Pre and Post hiring reference check of employee.

Performance Management System:
• Facilitation and managing of assigned regional employees performance appraisal and review processes in a highly objective, consistent & fair manner to perform better.

Employee Relation:
· Conceptualizing and implementing new employee engagement initiatives to facilitate high employee motivation,
performance, and retention.
· Drive fun element at the workplace through structured and regular Fun@ Workplace initiatives by leveraging on 
employee creativity and partnership.
· Conducting Probationary calls to analyze the support required to the new joinees.
· Acting as a buddy for new joiners during the probation period.
· Create an organizational culture among employees in line with core values
· Creating awareness about the discipline and policies in line with corporate HR.
· Handling employee grievances and supporting the employees in coordination with central team.

Learning & Development:
· Organizing and analyzing training needs on product, polices, knowledge, skill, behavioral trainings, induction training etc.

Compliances:
· Ensures all HR statutory and labour compliances at each state level and manage documentation within the region.
· Drives 100 percent compliance on HR initiatives like Leadership development, timely closure of appraisal process,
getting development reviews done in time, ensuring connect between employees & managers etc.

Functional Competencies:
Good Communication Skills and well versed with MS Office (Word, XLS, Power Point)
Has good knowledge on Statutory compliances
HR Experience in Bank, Finance, NBFC preferred
Good Social Networking Contacts in the Industry.
