Junior HR Tech Analyst

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Junior HR Tech Analyst to join our HR Shared Services team. This role will support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems and tools, ensuring smooth operations and a great employee experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for HR technology, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the day-to-day administration of HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS). Support onboarding, data entry, and employee lifecycle processes through HR tech platforms. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and escalate as needed. Help maintain data accuracy and integrity across HR systems. Generate reports and dashboards to support HR metrics and decision-making. Participate in testing and implementation of system upgrades and new features. Document processes, user guides, and FAQs for HR tech tools. Provide first-level support to employees and HR team members on system-related queries. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in HR operations or HR technology support. Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms is a plus. Strong MS Excel and data handling skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle. Exposure to ticketing tools or service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow). Interest in automation tools or HR analytics.
