Qualifications: Experience: Typically, 4-10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management implementation and support. Module Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience in configuring the Time Off and Time Sheet/Time Tracking modules. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Time Valuation, Absence Management, Accruals, Work Schedules, Time Recording Profiles, and Time Type Groups. Certifications: SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Time Management/Employee Central is often preferred. Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
